Where: 11442 South St. Cerritos, California
So what?: Well, it’s made-to-order liquid nitrogen ice cream. Each order is handcrafted by “ice cream” baristas or I guess they call them, “creamologists.” You’d see all the ingredients they use on the counter and if you’re very observant, you’d maybe see yours being made right in front of you!
Creamistry in Cerritos is the place to get the creamiest ice cream. I must warn you, it can be quite pricey. If you’re looking for dessert before midnight, just go over there and get yourself a single hazelnut (Nutella) ice cream or my personal favorite, Oreo ice cream with mint.
By the way, they also have a branch in Irvine, Belmont Shore, Corona and Roland Heights with many more to come. You don’t have to go to the Cerritos store for this:
Creamistry’s hazelnut (Nutella) ice cream. It seems to be a fan favorite! A single cup is 5 bucks.
Have you ever been to Creamistry? What do you think about it?
